Although moving home is accepted as being a stressful time, it does not have to be!

We offer a level of service and value only acceptable to the most discerning buyer or seller.

Whether first time buyer, experienced investor or just selling/buying your property, making us part of your team to ensure you are taken through and understand the whole process, including what we do and why we do it, is only part of our job in ensuring your transaction moves smoothly.

We can help you with:

  • Re-mortgage
  • Buying your new home as first time buyers
  • Selling and buying your home
  • Transfer of Equity
  • Buy to Lets,
  • Boundary issues
  • Rectification of Titles
  • First registration
  • New Build Properties
  • Shared Ownership

One of the first questions that we are asked is ‘how long will my house purchase take to go through?’ It varies significantly across the country, it varies depending on the type and age of property you are buying and varies depending on the position of other people in the chain. The average time it takes to buy a house in England once your offer has been accepted is 2 to 3 months and at the moment in West Yorkshire it is taking our clients approximately 12 weeks to complete.

The majority of our clients are our previous clients or people that our clients have recommended us to, therefore, most people call us for a quote which is detailed and bespoke to you. It’s not possible to produce a detailed quote broken down on our website but we wanted to give you an average fee. The price below relates to a freehold sale or purchase without a mortgage. This is an average price that we charge for a property within that price range. For a detailed estimate, please call 01422 200400.
